Donna Husbands
Sr. Business Partner, Organizational Effectiveness at Target

Biography 
Donna is a Senior Business Partner on Target’s Talent Development Team, which is responsible for leadership and personal development for all of Target’s 350,000 team members.

Donna’s teaching and research interests include public speaking and executive presence, leadership development, and coaching.  Donna conducts a variety of workshops and assessment centers across the country, and trains all new trainers on effective presentation and teaching techniques.

Donna has been with Target for eight years.  Prior to working at Target, Donna spent 18 years leading non profits, both here and abroad.

Donna received Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies from Northwestern College, and she is certified as a Professional and Executive Coach by the Adler Graduate School.
