The MNODN is proud to be convening the Internal Practitioners Community of Practice (CoP) designed to meet the needs of internal change agents.

About this Program

This session introduces a theory-grounded, practice-based model that brings together strategic orientation with aligned organization designs, revealing various forms and levels of alignment needed to lead and manage complex change. The session will focus on Internal Practitioners as agents of alignment & change in organizations. Participants will learn about the concepts, principles and model; and how to apply the thinking, methods and tools involved in strategic organization alignment.

Participants will engage in discussions of their own or a sample organizational situation, explore using the concepts and processes for planning and executing changes, and assist each other in understanding and planning for alignment-based change.
