Announcing The first "Internals" Community of Practice (CoP) sponsored by MNODN! Many of you have asked for meetings that will accommodate your pressing schedules and speak to the kinds of issues you are facing as internal change agents. We have heard you loud and clear! You are invited to the kick off meeting designed to create a community of internal learners.
We intend to feed your intellect with a great program, your spirit by connecting you with others facing similar challenges of guiding change within organizations and your body with a light breakfast!
Mr. John Vegas, Regional Vice President of Sales for Ecolab’s Institutional Division who leads the South Division. Mr. Vegas was previously Vice President of Human Resources for the Institutional Sector in North America. Mr. Vegas has been in the OD/serving the customer side, and now is the OD customer. He will share his insights on the roles from both sides, what he has learned about expectations and what it takes to run the business.
