Presenters: Margaret Seidler and Karl Johnson

Program Overview

Explore development at the personal level using Polarity Management (PM) principles and practices. Seidler and Johnson share that in their experience, people who can see themselves more completely through the lens of PM accelerate their leadership capacity and are better equipped to navigate organization complexity.

The initial part of the session will be aimed at individual personal development. They will start with a quick look at how highly successful leaders view and manage motivational values in pairs and polarities.

Then, they will explore the different roles and responsibilities that leaders encounter throughout their careers and how PM can be an ongoing resource.

Finally, the presenters will show how to translate what participants learn and experience, to their own work with their clients and organizations.
